montane_fynbos=Covering only very small areas in the south of the Orange-Senqu River basin, the Montane Fynbos and Renosterveld ecoregion is part of the Mediterranean Forests, Woodlands and Scrub biome.  The Montane Fynbos and Renosterveld ecoregion is part of the Cape Floristic Region, an area globally renowned for extremely high biodiversity.
